Join us for our annual Monterey Peninsula Pride parade and celebration! The Parade will begin at 11:00am on Polk Street and will continue on toward Pearl Street, and down Alvarado Street. It will culminate at Custom House Plaza for the Celebration portion at 12:00pm. Bring the whole family to shop and eat from a variety of local vendors and enjoy a lineup of queer entertainers.

The theme for 2025 is Be Queer Here. This theme serves two essential aspects of our organization and community. First, it reflects our firm commitment to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, promoting acceptance, and ensuring that queer identities are respected and celebrated without erasure. Second, it is a nod to the reality that while San Francisco and the broader Bay Area are often associated with queerness and celebration, this spirit can also thrive right here in Monterey! Our community has always existed, and we want everyone who visits Monterey, or calls this place home, to understand that they can embrace their authentic selves.

Back for a second year is our Queer Youth Recognition Scholarship, a portion of the stage program where we will award local queer students with scholarships to honor their commitment to going above and beyond in advocating for the local LGBTQIA+ community.
