Emeritus Board Members

Monterey Peninsula Pride hereby establishes the position of Director Emeritus as an honorary title for a director who is retiring from service on the Board with meritorious service to the organization. The title of Director Emeritus is reserved for those retiring directors who have had distinguished service and whose extraordinary contributions set them apart from their peers. The term of Director Emeritus may extend into perpetuity. Achieving the status of Director Emeritus is to be viewed as the highest honor that the organization may bestow upon a Board member.
